Ninja Notifier uses a lot of Wordpress resources; but rest assured that we have taken every precaution to ensure that it is compatible with Wordpress.

Subscriber missing First and/or Last Name:

This is caused because the subscriber has ultra secure privacy settings in Facebook. Warning: You cannot have leads/subscribers with blank names as this will cause Ninja Notifier to abort sending Red Alerts. Solution: (1) click on the FB Profile button and see if you can grab their First & Last Name; then edit that record. (2) If the FB Profile button does not take you to their profile; then you only option is to delete that record from the leads list.

Server Config Errors:

Fatal error: Uncaught OAuthException: (#10) Notification send blocked.

This error is caused by an incorrect setting on your web host's PHP configuration; most likely with the OAuth module, but it also could be something else. We saw this issue from a customer that had installed Ninja Notifier WP on his Host Gator Reseller account. However, when he installed Ninja Notifier WP on a new shared Host Gator account it worked perfectly. *He's still working with Host Gator techas to sort out the issues on his reseller account; but we have confirmed that all Ninja Notifier functions work as expected on shared Host Gator accounts.

Session Errors:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent

This error is caused by an incorrect setting on your web host's PHP configuration. The problem is that PHP sessions are currently not working on your server and the cookie cannot be set. The PHP server is not allowing the session to start and the error is how you find out.

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent

The error is telling you that it cannot open the required session temporary folder because the folder does not exist or that the permissions or ownership is incorrect. This is purely a server misconfiguration, not a program error with the plugin. Ask your web host to fix the broken PHP session feature of the web server.
